Returns and Exchanges Policy

You can return your products within 14 days of receiving them. The product you wish to return must be unused, in resalable condition and in its original packaging.

How Do I Return an Item?

Open the order in the "My Orders" section of your account and create a "Return Request", or contact us at info@thebabiest.com. Once your request is approved, you will be asked to send the product with our partner shipping company.

Refunds

Once the returned product reaches us and has been inspected, the amount paid is refunded to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, credit card refunds may take a few business days to appear in your account.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal/return cannot be exercised for personalized products or for products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
