3. Payment and Delivery

Payment is collected with the method you choose at checkout (credit/debit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery). Products are handed to the carrier once payment is confirmed; delivery time is shown with the selected shipping method and never exceeds 30 days.

4. Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of delivery. You can notify us from the "My Orders" section of your account or through the contact details above. Under Article 15/1-c of the Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items (custom names, embroidery, etc.).
